RyanDan are back home after a hard work
period in L.A. Within a few days they will be doing the photo shoot
for their new album artwork. Their album has a different sound, because
this time they used more drums and guitar, even though you can still
listen a lot of strings and a beautiful orchestration.
They will start promoting the new album, as soon as the mixing and mastering
process comes to an end. They also have plans to start a tour soon.

Hi All!
Firstly we’d like to wish everybody a Happy New Year, and thank
everyone for the lovely Birthday and Christmas messages we received.
We hope you all enjoyed the holiday season!
We have just got back from L.A. where we wrote and recorded the whole
of our new album. We are so proud of it and so excited for the world
to hear it. We have used a lot more drums and guitar on this one but
there are still a lot of strings and beautiful orchestration.
We will soon be doing the photo shoot for the new album artwork. We
are still working together with the great clothing company ‘Sand’;
they will be clothing us for the shoot.
As soon as we have finished mixing and mastering the album, we will
be starting promotion for it. We’ll also be planning a tour immediately.
We can’t wait to see you all again!
Remember that we love hearing from you so please keep the emails and
messages coming!

promised to put RyanDan on the playlist tomorrow morning on Radio 2

Gooby is slated for release next summer
through Seville Pictures. Porchlight Entertainment is attached as international
distributor.
There isn't much information about the soundtrack, but we know that
Kevin Lau and Ronald Royer were chosen to compose all the songs. If
by any chance you are feeling curious about it, just click here
to listen a few audio excerpts. Please stay tuned for more information
about it.
The phase of mixing and mastering the
songs begun in LA a few days ago and obviously will take a certain time
to be finished. It's still too soon to announce the titles of any songs,
that will be included on the new album, so if you read or hear a rumour,
don't take it into account. The official tracklisting will be announced

One week ago Ryan and Dan finished recording
the vocals for the new album and a few days ago the mixing and mastering
process begun in LA. There are two producers working on the project
with RyanDan.
As you have read yesterday, we were told that the album sounds awesome
and we know something else as well. The new songs were all written by
Ryan and Dan (with other songwriters) and are brilliant: very cool and
very catchy. Please stay tuned for more info on the new album.
Yesterday Ryan wrote on his facebook
status, that the album is currently being mixed and mastered in LA.

Yesterday the guys finished recording
the vocals for the new album. The instrumentals are being recorded at
the moment and the mixing process will take place on early February
and the album will released after a while, when the time is right. Please
stay tuned for more information on this.

vocals for the new album, that's what Ryan meant, when he posted on
his official profile on Facebook
"Ryan K just finished recording the new album in LA".
This doesn't mean that the album is finished yet. You will get more
information on this really soon. Please stay tuned.
How do we tell you apart?
Ryan: You cannot. We are mirror twins. Dan is left-handed and I am right-handed.
Obviously you can't see that though. Recently we were showing our mum
pictures from a photoshoot we did for the album cover and the first
thing she said was 'why are there so many pictures of
Dan?' So even she cannot tell us apart.
Dan: I think with twins in general when you see identical twins for
the first time you wonder how they can look so alike but as you get
to know them you start to see the differences. Personality wise we're
very different.

- RyanDan's version of O Holy Night has been included in a
christmas compilation called So Fresh Songs For Christmas 2008
(released by Sony
BMG Australia).
- According to their Canadianbased manager, Sander Shalinksky, their
deubt has sold about 140,000 units worldwide to date and charted in
11 countries so far. In April it got the big U.S. release and it helped
a bit to increase the album sales. The guys sold 50,000 units in Canada
alone.
- They've been working on their sophomore album with Gary Clark and
Justin Gray in LA.
- They never say that they are going to sit down and write an album,
they just write and it turns into an album and that is how it worked
for them.
- The album hasn't got a title yet, but the guys are in the midst of
figuring that out.
- On November 15th RyanDan made a special performance to help raise
money for the Startlight
Starbright Children's Foundation.

You might be wondering what RyanDan might be up to right now. They are
still working at the studio, so that they are able to finish the album
this month. RyanDan want to make sure the album is amazing from beginning
to the end. The Recording and producing process takes a lot of time,
so please be patient. In the meanwhile listen to their debut album.

As you all know RyanDan is going to release
a new album this year. They are still working on it and it might be
finished by the end of this month.
Some time ago they were interviewed by Studio B at the Rose Theatre,
Brampton. They were asked about what had inspired them to write the
songs for the new album. Ryan said that they got inspired by general
facts and Dan added that the main theme of their songs is life in general.
They never say that they are going to sit down and write an album, they
just write and it turns into an album and that is how it worked for
them.
Ryan also said that what inspired them the most is what is going on
their lives, on their friends lives, their family or what they might
hear on the news. They have written the songs in Toronto and LA and
have been working with producers Gary Clark and by Justin Gray in LA.
