Hi guys!
Here are some new pics from the concert in Toronto June 20th. Click
on them to obtain zoom. Enjoy! Thanks Kimbo!
Wilson Coneybeare, creator of the popular
YTV show Monster Warriors, is making his feature directorial debut
with Gooby, a children's film shooting in Barrie, ON under his Toronto
shingle Coneybeare Stories.
The film, which Coneybeare also penned, features Scottish veteran
Robbie Coltrane (the Harry Potter movies) as the voice of
the titular space monster -- who arrives on Earth as a teddy bear
and befriends a lonely young boy, played by Canuck actor Matthew Knight
(The Greatest Game Ever Played).
It also stars comic Eugene Levy (American Pie) as the boy's
eccentric teacher, and David James Elliott (JAG) as his father.
Gooby is exec produced by Barrie businessman Sab Ravalli, with producers
John Calvert (Earth: Final Conflict) and Nicholas Gray (Rent-a-Goalie).
Production coordinator Mark Muise tells Playback Daily the shoot is
going "very well" in and around Barrie, adding that the
city has been "amazingly supportive." Following exterior
work, the crew will shoot interiors in a yet-to-be determined warehouse,
according to Muise, who says the shoot will involve CGI work as well.
Gooby is set to wrap at the end of November, with post-production
to be done at Toronto's Deluxe studios and Urban Audio.
Gooby is slated for release next summer through Seville Pictures.
Porchlight Entertainment is attached as international distributor.
There isn't any info yet about RyanDan's song. So please stay tuned.

One year ago, two remarkable singers
released their debut album, which caught people's attention is various
countries around the whole world. It reached high peaks in the UK,
Canada, Hong Kong. The album has now a place in our hearts. RyanDan
are really special to a lot of people, because their music touched
millions deep inside. Steve Anderson was in charge of the album production
and did a fantastic work. Songs such as Like The Sun, The
Face, The Prayer, Stay With You, I'll Be
There among others are considered by many as anthems of wisdom
and love. Thanks to everyone who bought their album and turned it
into a worldwide success.

The shows were postponed, because the
building is not completed yet and due to unforeseen construction delays,
they don't anticipate it to be completed until February of 2009. So
it is not only our shows but all events booked at the venue from November
'08 through February 2009 that are being moved. RyanDan are currently
looking to rescheduling the dates for March 2009 and their management
are working flat out to secure these new dates. As soon as we have
them booked you will be able to check them online.
We have added a new video to the video's
section. This tiny video is part of RyanDan's feature on Edmonton
CTV. It's a funny video. Just look at Ryan, when he says "When
did you guys meet?"
There are still people that don't know the guys and ask this kind
of questions... they're unique and everyone will get to know them.
It's just a matter of time. Click here
to view it. Have fun and post your comments.
We made a new video with some pictures
from the movie "Gooby" and we have added the soundtrack's
ending tune to it, so that you can have an idea of how it sounds like.
Let's wait and see when will we be able to listen RyanDan's song.
For further details, please stay tuned.

RyanDan said yesterday, that the good
news for those wanting to book tickets for the rescheduled dates is
that these shows in March 2009 will be one of the first opportunities
to hear songs from their brand new album. They really can't wait for
you fans out there to listen some of their new songs. So please don't
miss out this chance to listen to them first hand in a live concert.
There isn't still an album release date yet, so we ask you to be patient
and wait a little longer, while you listen to their debut album. Please
stay tuned for more updates on this matter.

This will be going up on all sites very
shortly.
"Unfortunately, the October 31st and November 1st, 2008 dates
at the brand new building in Richmond Hill, Ontario have had to be
postponed. The reason is that the building is not completed yet and
due to unforeseen construction delays, they don't anticipate it to
be completed until February of 2009. So it is not only our shows but
all events booked at the venue from November '08 through February
'09 that are being moved. We are currently looking to rescheduling
the dates for March 2009 and our management are working flat out to
secure these new dates. As soon as we have them booked we will let
you know and we will have them reposted on the website. We are really
sorry about this but it's one of those things that are out of our
control. The first show was sold out, so it's regrettable to say the
least. The good news for those wanting to book tickets for the rescheduled
dates is that these shows in March 2009 will be one of the first opportunities
to hear songs from our brand new album. See you there!"

We have added a new video to the video's

without having to wait for the whole video to load. Click here

All we can say about the song RyanDan
recorded for the the movie "Gooby" describes the feelings
we get when we watch it and get to know what's going on in the story.
It is said to be a very passionate song from beginning to end and
no doubt we are going to love it as soon we get to listen to it for
the first time. Here's something about the story, please try to imagine
the richness of the song:
An endearing tale for the entire family to enjoy, Gooby was written
by Wilson Coneybeare, who will also produce and direct the feature.
Gooby, is the story of a boy named Willy and his beloved stuffed-toy
monster, Gooby. When Willy moves into a new neighborhood and feels
lost and alone, Gooby comes to life as a loveable 6-foot tall scraggly
orange furry creature. Through their fun and often hair-raising experiences
their friendship grows as Gooby teaches Willy the essentials of life.
But life with Gooby is not all fun and games and when a fightbetween
Willy and Gooby erupts and Willy’s dad comes to the rescue there
is a revelation that surprises everyone.
For further details, please stay tuned.
There's a new Canadian film coming out
this Fall to the big screen, it's called "Gooby" and the
guys made a song for its soundtrack. We don't know the title of the
song, but we will get to know it soon. Here is the movie poster:
It seems
that RyanDan's concert from November 1st will be postponed until mid
February 2009, due to the fact that Richmond Hill Theatre isn't ready
for the opening night. We have to wait for a confirmation from RyanDan's
management to know if the concert from October 31st has also been
postponed. Please stay tuned for more info on this. Thanks RyGirl79

a song for the soundtrack of this film. Let's wait and see, if we

Album Release
This is what RyanDan have to say about the release date for their
new album:
"- No date for the album release ... But we'll know more as we
get closer to finishing all the songs."
More Info:
They want to tour all over the world to promote their second album,
so please don't despair! RyanDan might be touring in your country.
The next album will be mostly written by them and they've already
written 15 songs. Recording a duet with Olivia Newton-John was something
really amazing and they really like to do duets with other artists,
so they will probably do it in this album. RyanDan can't wait for
us to listen the new music and they will put up some tracks as soon
as they're ready to do so. They've been working with the incredible
producer Steve Anderson. Please stay tuned for more info on this.
If you hear any rumours, please wait for a confirmation on the Official
Website or in here.
Have a nice day!

On August 22nd RyanDan gave us great
news about their projects. There's a new Canadian film coming out
this Fall to the big screen, it's called "Gooby" and the
guys made a song for its soundtrack. We don't know the title of the
song, but we will get to know it soon. Here a little synopsis of the
movie:
Gooby, a scraggly, orange furry stuffed animal comes to full-sized
life and befriends Willy, 11, who is convinced evil space aliens have
invaded his new home. Through a series of hilarious hair-raising adventures
the pair learn powerful life lessons.
Imagine if you’d had a 6-foot
monster to help you through the tough times when you were eleven.
Someone to live in your backyard shed, hide out in the attic with
you watching monster movies, defend you against bullies, someone
to be your best pal, always. And the amazing thing? You’re
the only one who knows he exists. This is exactly what happens to
WILLY when the stuffed toy he had as a child magically comes to
life as a very real and very strange 6 foot furball – walking,
talking, and marshmellow-cookie eating. Gooby is a fantastically
fun Saturday afternoon popcorn movie for kids of all ages.
Stay tuned for more news on this.
